Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial call

This first conversation is about getting to know you and making sure we're a potential match. We’ll spend time on your motivations, background, and expectations — and ask questions that help us see how you’d thrive in a high paced global environment. 

We’ll align on salary expectations, process, and timeline. And of course, you’ll have the chance to ask your first questions and decide if Climate Bonds feels like the right environment for you.
Stage 2

1st Stage Interview

45 minutes with the hiring manager. 

This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills and competencies. 

Additionally, this is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have—whether about the role, the team, or the organisational culture. We value transparency and encourage you to use this time to ensure Climate Bonds aligns with your career aspirations and values.
Stage 3

Final Stage

In the final stage of the process, you'll meet with more of our team. This is an opportunity for you to inquire about Climate Bonds long-term goals, current challenges, and the impactful role you're set to play. 

We will continue to assess your ability to thrive in our working environment, emphasising alignment with our culture. 

Finally, this will be your chance to address any lingering questions or concerns you may have regarding the organisation or your role.
